"more grease than you think" is always the right answer! Although technically you can overpack grease which results in more heat and friction. During my apprenticeship I remember being told to pack the bearing cage full then pack the housing 1/3 - 1/2 full of grease depending on what it is (with many exceptions) any excess grease will be taken home on your clothes. Now anti-seize, if your boss is paying, load up.

I have been riding bmx for 10 years and I never knew you where suppose to put grease between the sealed bearing me and my 5 buddies never did that once I didn’t know this was a thing honestly unless it’s a joke lol but still just blows my mind if that’s how it’s suppose to be I looked at my bike hung on the wall and am just amused now lol
