Read the description! To add to that, if y'all had any suggestions for games to speedrun, let me know! Like and sub if you want. Generally speaking, for this game in particular, the most obvious time saves come from skipping the side areas, skipping the store in the first round (would not have enough shards to buy anything with the way I was playing), not picking up the currency (those shiny shards), ignoring the pink rest area after completing a level, etc. The starting weapon and power-up is worth considering to see which combo can deal the most amount of damage in a given time frame. I'm also wondering if taking a detour to a side area (to get a free power-up) would be worth the time investment. Something I would change is to get a better feel with checking the map and finding those dark beacons faster, movement, general combat technique, and anything else within my control. Beyond that, I just have to pray for good RNG. There's always a chance to get that one weapon/power-up that can make you go speedy (i.e. Renegade Witch Cat towards the end of the run). Apparently the game can be completed in roughly ten minutes (assuming I picked Calm difficulty, which makes the game very easy and faster to finish). I made it a bit harder on myself by picking a higher difficulty, which means the enemies have more health, hence why the time is 18:50. I definitely mistimed this (ended the timer too late), but it's whatever. Better luck next run! That's all from me. See ya around!

Oh I remember attempting to speedrun this when I was 11 or so, not that I knew what speedrunning was back then, but because the small library only let you play for 30 minutes a day, proud to say, by the end of the summer, I did it
