Salam Malakam fellow archer. I am so happy I found this/you. I'm currently going to teach a young boy of 10 years old archery. Im all self taught. I paid an olympic archer to teach me for an hour, and that was all i needed. But your point about mind, eye, target, all being one. Yeah i get that. I already know when my arrow leaves my bow it will hit true. Cuz my eye,mind and target are one. I get that. Id love to talk to you and ask advice.

An interesting idea. I really like using hot glue. Good quality one. It's easier to salvage the insert in case of a broken arrow.

the art of focusing is moving towards what you want, not blocking out what you don't want. If I say dont think of a pink elepehant.. what do you think about? In archery you have to focus on executing your Pillars well. I hope that helps and your arrows fly true.

you need to do more quality instructional videos. your videos are poor. you have the knowledge. get someone who knows editing. you can reach more people on youtube than you can in your archery club and make more money. and stop pretending you dont want money. its halal inshallah. جزاكم الله خيرا

Kepaze training: drawing the "empty" bow. Done on both right and left sides. [Ottomans did this 66 times in the morning (Fajr time) and some would have a kepaze bow next to their prayer mat at home ~ Ahmed Karat of Maydan Archery] Why? - builds muscles and balance, which: prevents injury; makes one's instinctive archery more accurate; allows one to shoot with both hands on horseback.

@archeryascension1917
@archeryascension1917 Жыл бұрын
consistency is important. I find it's not just the volume, however focusing on different parts of your form that is important. for example, making sure shoulders are relaxed, or paying attention to the level of your wrists etc. quality first, then quantity later
