@@DopeTechFever yes but if your laptop has air vents in they key board, it will destroy the internal screen, I use second display and turn of the internal display, it will increase my battery backup while playing games

😅it's okay to keep it slightly open. It can even be placed 45° for some ventilation without getting in the way at your monitor.

You need to boot into that USB drive. It can be done by changing boot order in your BIOS or by accessing a boot options screen. Pressing F9 key while turning the machine on might do it. F2 during bootup can take you into BIOS. Plenty of tutorials available on that. It's quite easy.

Yes, my laptop has a full size HDMI port, so I just plug that into the monitor. Just one HDMI-to-HDMI cable.

The red switch version is not too loud. You can always dampen it further by adding some foam inside the back panel

It's still fairly quiet compared to blue switch version. It's also good to use it on a soft surface, like on a desk mat. It's an easy way to dampen any sound.

That's an issue a few have brought up. I haven't found a workaround for it yet. Meanwhile, try pressing Esc key in grub screen to see if it automatically boots into Windows. Alternatively, there may be a boot manager in your PC BIOS too

If it's making the buzzing sound in every device, it's a hardware problem. Maybe the mic on it is too sensitive to cable interference.

Yes, you can directly plug USB accesories as usual. The laptop remains on in this mode, just it's screen would be turned off and mirrored onto the monitor.

@@DopeTechFever i bought these new headset, sound quality n everything was perfect, but when i tried my mic on discord and mic test online, it didnt register my voice at all rather create a very large buzzing noise in the recording, after a few hours it fixed itself and the voice was perfect, then another few hrs, the buzzing sound returned, its interchanged 3-4 times now i bought these 2 days ago, its still not working, ive tried everything from updating my drivers to applying a convertor, nothing seems to be working, ive tried it on mobile, it does register my voice there but with a very large static noise, i need thes efor my laptop, ik my problem is vague but id b a great help if you would look into these before i return them, (they arent from any famous company, just smth i bought off of daraz)

You can boot into a Linux bootable USB drive, open terminal, and type *sudo update-grub.* That should refresh the OS list once.

Oh, do you still have the other OS installed on a different drive? If so, and if it's a Linux distro, boot into it, open terminal, and type *sudo update-grub* to refresh the boot list.
