Builder *ILD Millenium / Emperium Infrastructure* for project *Emperium PREMIO and Grand Centra* in sec 37C and D have done the same flat booked in 2014 now they have cancelled the unit in 2024. 10 year mai 0% construction by ILD and now project sold to Emperium, Emperium is now making false promises in terms of utilities and feature, which they can not make as not approved in the plan

99% RERA Registered Agents are not guiding properly they only work for builders not buyers. Please don't go by the faith that the Agent is RERA Registered. RERA is only for builders not for buyers, one of the most defective Law.

Gurgaon real state market is going on the style of Noida. Noida real state had fallen because of the corrupt builders like amrapali supertech. Gurgaon market will fall because of unethical practice of M3M smart World owners who cheated sector 89 buyers. So many legal cases and fir are against company

अगर इन्वेस्टर इतना ही नादान होता है कि किसी डीलर की बातों में आकर फंस जाता है तो वो अपने पैसों की FD करवाए बैंक में, उसे किसने कहा प्रॉपर्टी में पैसा लगाने को ? और जिस रिटायर्ड आदमी का एग्जांपल आप दे रहे हैं कि 5 जगह पैसा लगा दिया, वो खुद में ही एक महामूर्ख है जो उसे 60 वर्ष का होने के बाद भी बुद्धि नहीं आई। अब रही बात खरीदार की, एक खरीदार 36 जगह धक्के खाता है प्रॉपर्टी खरीदने से पहले, अपने अड़ोसी - पड़ोसी, दोस्त- यार, रिश्तेदार, मां बाप,पत्नी आदि न जाने कितने ही लोगों से सलाह लेने के बाद कदम आगे बढ़ाता है, 6 महीने से लेकर 1 साल तक की रिसर्च एंड डेवलपमेंट चलती रहती है, उसके बाद भी अगर कोई डीलर ऐसे संभावित खरीदार को ठग ले, तो ऐसे डीलरों को तो उनकी कला का सम्मान करते हुए पद्मश्री से सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए, और खरीदार को idiot of the year 😂😂😂😂 डीलर फ्रॉड और इन्वेस्टर, खरीदार मुर्गी के असहाय चूज़े 😂😂😂😂
