You are 100% correct. All the real estate developers are all honest. Even itunu, despite the setback they all gave. This road expansion in future will take/inside the estate.. meaning cries will roll (unless they allocate clients inside inside). You see ajah expansion , so certainly this two lane is a joke. Please be mentioning it. We already know.

The question is if governments know it will be 10 lane road why don’t they do it now, there is no congestion or traffic. They will wait till it bcomes saturated and then start causing tariffc

The Lagos Calabar Coastal road and the Green line are the long term plans also new flyovers, interchanges, and internal roads will be constructed to further integrate the transport networks.

Until the highway is completed, we can’t tell exactly. However, we think the access from Lekki Epe expressway via Stillwaters/Enyo should still be open.

We appreciate you for your compliment. Unfortunately we are not part of that project and, our research still shows De Avocado Apartment is the fastest off-plan project in that axis. People started living there after 1 years plus into the project. Is not just about project speed but also quality delivery.
