This episode was so annoying. I absolutely hated it that they completely gave up on reclaiming the other two people infected by the alien DNA. Picard asks the curly haired chick, not Dr Crusher, if there is any hope. Since when did this person become CMO? Hated it that people were treated as so expendable. I would never join Starfleet based on their callous disregard for their own people.

Always cracks me up how the teaser people try to make even the quietest, thoughtful episodes into these dumb, overly bombastic "action packed" romantic thrillers. And this continued all the way up til VOY and even worse in ENT (although ENT often wallowed in titillation more than previous series.) Talk about not knowing your audience!
