Are you a Certified Closer of CoC #3.5?

Which gripper can you close now? 2.5?

the box seems from the normal version with 16kg of resistance, it should be 27kg of resistance not 16kg for the hybrid version.

Don't start people with a 1.5. That's a monster for most people. You've been doing Heavy Grips for a couple years and 1.5 is the heaviest you can close. Men, depending on their strength level, should be starting somewhere between a Sport and a #1.

agree, i can close the 1.5 and can assure most people cannot, even if they have been training for a while

Ps And a good guide on rgc. Strength of grippers check the cannonpowerworks gripper charts all.💪🗡 Aim to get rated grippers so you know how strong your gripper is and how strong you are. Ironmind ratings are by tje machine. You get the.rated force if your hands go further up on the gripper. Humans tho we put our power to the handles. Hence the rgc ratings help us measure your power pretty accurately

Always love seeing my brothers using these legendary equipment for Old world strongmanl strength. Heavy Grippers help you to get stronger beyond words all. Works foreArms, neck, biceps,,tris hands , chest and legs when you stomp as youb squeeze or do negatives. Punching power goes up..Just Amazing. Love captains of crush and GHP, GD90 irongrip and HG grippers. I'm working on a filed Coc 3 (Rgc 157)and a monster ghp 8 (RGC 179lbs). Lets get it and everyone smash that like button.

Which grippers are you training with now maverick brother. I'm training with the #3(I can close some coc# 3s..... this one is monster. Feels like a # 3.5 strength around 157-164 plus rgc I'm a inch or so from closing (tho I maybe able to close this sucka now no set or the super hard full width tns type closes💪. Going to go at it seriously after more months of training on the stronger ones) , 3.5 ,and Ghp#8 and two mighty CoC#4s

I'll be honest, I don't think it has or will necessarily, just because of the type of workout it provides. I also haven't been as diligent with the NSD , so there's that too lol. However I'd still say we need to stick with specific crushing exercises to get better at grippers.

Nice review! You have a lot of potential and you are at a great starting point. Being overall strong will really benefit this specialized training down the road. I'm sure you know this but to really maximize your training try to learn how to set the gripper down atleast 3/4 of an inch to get in a more advantageous position. There are great videos out there. I recommend setting the gripper not too too deep when your starting out. Check out Paul Knight in his set video. He teaches how to set the gripper deep but you can do a slight variation and set the gripper just an inch or so down. Good luck to you and your training and happy holidays! 👍

Thank you checking in the channel Nick and for the advice! I realize after a couple of days that you are absolutely right! Keeping the grip lower on down - almost keeping the pinky totally off - allows for a better gripping! Will keep training to get to the next level. 💪 Thx for the advice on the other channels as well, will check them out. 👍
