What an excellent approach to Tribal relations. Many DOTs are doing innovative things combining collaborative dialogue around substantive Tribal Relations trainings, and this is a remarkable example. Too often Tribal representatives are left out of the picture, and this approach to training does a great job of addressing that.

Thanks for the comment. Good to hear other that DOTs are also putting in the work toward improving Tribal Relations. I hope this video lends some support to that as an example of great efforts being made here in MN.

@@salehseddik7423 I'm not familiar with those options, but you can add the subtitles directly to the video here on KZbin by following these instructions: support.google.com/youtube/answer/6054623?hl=en - if you click on the "..." option next to "SAVE" (beneath the video player), there is an option to "Add translations."

@@ImageGeneration Thank you for your reply and help. Yes, as you mentioned, I can upload the file directly but you have to allow me to upload the translation file to do it from the channel option first then I can upload it.

This is Beautiful! Thank you Jerry, and thank you InCommons, for this and all you have done in growing a whole tri-state community of capable of holding and hosting the challenging conversations of our times. One comment, from the perspective of the "official" World Café format, is that table hosts *do not* stay at the tables for all rounds of a Café - they are limited to just one round - and they don't take on the responsibility of "scribing" or capturing any part of the harvest from each table. These may seem to be small points, but they actually impact the possible results of the World Café experience quite profoundly. With warm gratitude for your work, Amy

Thanks, Geri. InCommons as an organization dissolved a while back, but you can contact Bush Foundation if you'd like, they were the main force behind InCommons.

I would very much like to talk with someone at InCommons for advice on a similar project I am undertaking here in Florida. The energy is so important and I feel that our energies are aligned from watching your videos.
