What an excellent approach to Tribal relations. Many DOTs are doing innovative things combining collaborative dialogue around substantive Tribal Relations trainings, and this is a remarkable example. Too often Tribal representatives are left out of the picture, and this approach to training does a great job of addressing that.

One comment, from the perspective of the "official" World Café format, is that table hosts *do not* stay at the tables for all rounds of a Café - they are limited to just one round - and they don't take on the responsibility of "scribing" or capturing any part of the harvest from each table.
