The circuit is design to 220 volt AC. If the input voltage is 120 volt then the output voltage drop, if you modified the circuit then the resistance value was changed and also the capacitor value

@@ExperiMentalRaju i have made circuit as shown in the video and there was not any wrong connection as i am also electrician, but confused now what was the reason behind my polypropylene capacitor blasting??? is that due to over current demanded by 9 watt led?? According to your experience what might be the reason behind pf blasts after few second?? i have used '105J 400 volt pf capacitor, 1N4007 diode for bridge, 4.7mf filter capacitor, two 460k ohms resistors for discharging both capacitor and 22 ohms fuse resistor" please let me know what i am missing??

@@ExperiMentalRaju i don't think so because pf was in good condition before i made this circuit, even checked it through multimeter....i guess i shouldn't have checked it in 3 volt 9 watt led MCPCB....all LED's were parallel connection on MCPCB which demands more current but voltage remains same (ie. 3.7 volts may be as it's 9 watt rechargeable ac/dc led mcpcb)😔

good one. but this Mosfet irfp460 is not designed for DC drive and even it is used in high-voltage power supply drives. because it is a 500V 20A 280W with rds on 0.27 ohm ( the impedance is not designed for low voltage high current because of this internal resistance . and even it considers high price than other low voltage MOSFETs with lower impedance than can work better in low voltage like example IRFP260 that can handle 200V 50A 280W but a RDS on 0.05 ohm !!!! better yes!! and it is even lower price than IRFP460 only used in high voltage
