Hi! I have it. I have a few variations of the sequence. It's probably not coded efficiently, but it gets the job done. The files are .ino format for an arduino.

Just viewed your video and I can sympathize !!! I am up here in Ocean City , MD. and have several videos of the same storm from WBAL News in Baltimore and Fox News on my KZbin channel and Facebook page . I guess after last winter , people forgot that we had any snow at all during the 2017 / 2018 winters .

I have a SONY A58 It records video with so much NOISE on any condition light or any setting that i ve tried so far regarding to lot of videos on youtube ve showed best quality and NOISE is like 0 plz Help me!

Nhox Maple bit late but you need to use manual focus to remove noise

Using manual focus and basically only using it for fixed focus shots is the only way. Newer cameras eliminate the noise.
