So, Ive been with Ken from the beginning. I like the fuel mileage, adds so much more strategy than just turning fast laps for an hour, and it a natural part of racing.

Great pod, guys. Everyone did a good job of not talking over each other. I'm cool with using the summer league to experiment, if we can expand the winter league by a race or two. I don't think 3 divisions needs testing, it should be fine once we hit closer to 35 every race. But def should all stay gt3. So much else to weigh in on. Saving for the discord. Awesome 50th.

For real dude that you kick me outta the league only because I want to hear other ppls opinion about the 2 cheating teams which did not meet minimum driver seat time... Damn ey that's kinda unreal when u don't even manage to force your own rules about the min driver seat time... but whatsoever dude... i just am sorry for miller that he now has no teammate for the rest of the team season...

I think people get wrapped up in thinking a setup makes you faster, but setups should be tailored to the driver to accommodate that particular driving style. Some may be faster with a more oversteer setup and others may be faster with a setup that has more understeer. The bottom line is you put an average driver in the best setup car up against a good driver in a fixed setup and more times than not the better driver in the "slower setup" will still put down faster times.

Hi guys. With the incident with me, will became very impatient after a few laps, as demonstrated by him turning me. He then totally divebombed and threw it into the next corner and was gonna take us both out if I didn't save myself. We are both Ams and it was for second in class, so it was never going to be an easy pass, but I do feel it was on him to complete it cleanly and not by driving me into the wall. I like racing Will, but its still racing. Also, I've missed my 2 races, so im waiting for the drops.

look at the incident with greg and I in the first chicane. it was an over under move, but. he was goin to end up in front, he had he speed, but we touched coming off the corner and he disappeared. i think that was the dq. I'm guessing he goth shafted on the touches he was involved in early.

Looks like there was no shortage of first race chaos. Shout out to Myles Gilsinger #77 for showing amazing sportsmanship after causing a spin and waiting for the other driver to rejoin before continuing! 08:09 Its so refreshing and rare to see that in racing, glad to see people like that in this league.

Great Podcast as always guys. I figured I would just note my thoughts here while they are still fresh in my mind. The first thing ill comment on will be will be the fast repair topic. I really like the fact that your actions have consequences, it has made me a better driver knowing that I do not get a redo. It really forces you to play the long game and make better decisions like planning a pass, rather than taking the opportunity just because its there. My biggest worry about a fast repair is this; if someone makes a mistake and happens to include another driver that situation is now over and done with. However, with a fast repair there is the possibility for that mistake to repeat itself and include more drivers. Now for the topic of time of day, I love the idea of racing during the transition period but does that effect the weather as well? Such as track temp/grip and if it is sped up at 3x is that enough time to get used to the degradation of grip or will it come on suddenly. A solution for this could be having the practice session before the race, start just before sunset. That way the transition happens at the end of practice and beginning of qualifying, making it a more natural feeling and allowing time to get used to brake references and other track markers. Lastly, ill share my thoughts on the idea of teams. I think its a great idea! I wish my teammate would've shown up for more than just two races but sometimes it just works out that way. An Idea that I think would be interesting, would be "Manufacture" teams just for bragging rights or a small split prize at the end of the season. This would include all skill levels of drivers just by the car that they choose and also instill some comradery within those teams. The scoring would be the same (average based) scoring that you guys have talked about for teams in the past. Anyway, let me end this absurdly long comment. Again, thank you guys for a great season, this league has made me a better driver and has just made my iRacing experience 100 time better, and I look forward to continue racing with everyone.

There was an ideia that another league which i race has: if you change your car, you lost 50% of your points. It's rough, but just to "end" the change car middle season.

i think with the teams, take the 4 car teams and go A and B with them, kind of like toro rosso was to red bull. and if its competitive balance that you want, go the 1 and 4, and the 2 and 3 with the split. the division would also make that a world easier, given then 2 car split would happen organically, love the fuel strategy though. its made some of us slower guys more competitive for the time being.

So one thing to think about is the fact that people miss races. If a team only has 2 members, it will really hurt if someone misses. A team of 3-4 creates a cushion. Remember for the individual championship we drop 2 races, but for teams all 12 count.
