Most nights, I awaken around 2 a.m., and I immediately use one of Lilian's meditation sleep videos to return to sleep. I travel overseas regularly, and whether I'm on a Camino trek in Spain, 14,000 feet in the Indian Himalayas, or sailing on a world cruise, Lilian has been my companion for many years.
