Was manually done while filming. I used a canon 7D with a sigma 30mm 1.4 lens.

honestly, I have never used Maya, I am completely self taught on cinema 4D and only picked it up because It seemed the most user friendly. If you want to get into movie vfx, I would probably recommend maya over cinema 4D, but if it is motion graphics you are interested in, then cinema 4D is probably the better option.

Excellent! If I had to criticize it, I would say that you need a hair more contrast (to my eye at least). It all looks a little too grayish. It could possibly be my monitor or maybe your export settings/KZbin sucking because the letterboxing is a darker shade of black than the end black screen.
