Dealing with Stor More has been a nightmare. Originally bought 12x36 Shed in February 6, 2023 at the distributor in Statesboro, Ga. I had advised salesman that I would call the following day for a possible color revision. He contacted main office and was told to put new color in notes and that the change would be made. Interim we were given a piece of paper to try to figure out how we would prep the area the shed was going to sit. I tried contacting the distributor and then HQ. No one at HQ had the competency to answer my questions. Until, my husband had to get involved. Finally decided to get 16 blocks and wait for delivery. Two weeks prior to delivery since once again never a follow-up or care I contacted to see what phase the building was in and was told that everything was fine. A week later, I called to find out when delivery was and the mention of the wrong paint color was applied and that it would take another 6 weeks since they couldn't paint it. After back and forth with distributor office and HQ finally got someone at HQ to agree that the building would be painted and delivered the following week. We were at the point that we were going to cancel because of poor communication and concern for future warranty issues since no one knows how to follow-up and keep a customer informed. March 24, building was delivered and was not level. Wedges were placed facing all one side which caused the buiding to shift as opposed to having wedges face eachother. They called of course but not for our concern but for remainder of payment. We once again that the building needed to be fixed. The audacity as to why we chose to put one cinder block as opposed to 2, we reverted to the many calls, messages and texts seeking guidance and information. The distributor then got involved and promised to come and fix the problem this past Tuesday it is now Thursday and no one has come, called or arrived. Contacted HQ and asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to Janet/Janice and once again stated issue and again an empty apology and let me take a message because everyone there is always in a meeting. So Stor More now that reviews are posted maybe we can get the courtesy of getting this fixed.
