The sound design is so apauling that I cannot stand watching these junk anime, the sound designers ought to be taken out and shot dead by the Imperial army like in the good old days. It seems that the shift has gone to pretty animations and skipping on the sound design but when I grew up, 90s and early 2000 anime had proper amazing sound design but animation were more than often, meh compared to today anyway. But these autists forgot, having poor image quality is acceptable for as long as the sound design is superb but if you fuck up the sound, no amount of pretty images will save your work.
