I fully charge it. I use it for a while and turn it off. During my next start-up, it counts down from 100 and the battery runs out. Anyone experiencing this countdown?

Maam ung akin po okay naman sya nung una nung chinarge ko na using phone charger na full charge naman kaso ang problema nd na nag off naka display lang ung 100 sa screen even gamitin ko ng ilang minuto nd nababawasan kht icharge ko 100 parin nakalagay.
