@user-ds5jd5zy2d If I had to guess beings, there's no way to tell without doing alot of testing, is that it's most likely a sphere range like troughs, generators etc. With the Pego being the center of the sphere.

@ArthurFernandes-rd5pk the pego shouldn't affect the crystal production. You can put the pego as close as you want. If your gacha isn't producing, it means you have another gender of the same too close to another.

@ArthurFernandes-rd5pk Yes, you still need to feed the owls and gachas. On Ark Survival Evolved, both would eat from troughs, so im sure it's the same on Ascended.

@bushido6348 If you have more than 1 mate too close together, they get what's called an "Unhappiness debuff." The gachas gets "upset" and looks away from you, won't pick up anything, and rarely produces crystals.

Doesn't help me at all, I know how to set up my Gacha's, but I have no idea what you are doing with the Pego, you didn't mention what you need to do to get him to pick them up. The only reason I'm confused is I have never tamed a Pego, Pego's are tamed dino food. So is there a setting I need to know about, maybe or harvest setting that will help. Sorry, I'm an old man (64), and not familiar with this technique. So, you did all the stuff I already understand but left out the only part I watched the video for. What I'm doing with the Pego.

@WheezinGeezerTV no need to be sorry, it was a rushed video so I apologize for leaving that part out. All you have to do is open the setting wheel on the dino and enable it to pick up Crystal's. It has its own setting tab, so I figured it would be easy to spot. But I definitely could have put that in the video, my mistake.

@WheezinGeezerTV no problem, and the gachas are awesome and can do alot of cool stuff with them. You can set one up next to snails, and the gacha will pick up the snail poop (cement paste) as long as gacha has different food to eat. Same with Phoenix poop (Silica Pearls).

@肖恩仔578 yeah that would work. Haven't tested but another comment mentioned overhanging the Gachas back off the edge, and have a pego at the bottom to collect all. But if your using 82 pairs (which idk how the hell you feed all of them😂) then it's better to use multiple pegos since slot cap of pegos inventory is 300.

then it still has the same distance as before, only now it collects the pegomastax, the crystals. I was hoping that if they didn't want Gacha towers they would reduce the distance and so on, but hey, we'll see xddd In the end, what change has it had? @lJFAQl from what I ran in single-player and what I got out of the notes were, "Unhappiness" pair range from the Gachas was reduced 33%, Gachas always unhappy in caves, Pegos new ability and through testing it seems the Crystal's don't roll anymore (for Ex down a ramp like old towers).

@@ayye_its_alexx Oh curious, but then the way the crystal comes out, would it stay floating if it were in the air? I think that maybe if you don't make ramps, it might fall to the ground... I don't know, I haven't tried anything yet, but I'm interested in knowing how many you can have and at what distance, because. I also hated the tower thing, but I tried making one in a valguero and it cost me many hours, like a lot of work and then... not getting as many resources. Overall, haha don't nerf him anymore

@lJFAQl as long as your in render for the crystal to drop all the way, I'm sure if you overhang the gachas off an edge it would fall to the ground. But haven't tested

@brunosancheification The half wall is for getting the right height when dropping Pillars and Ceilings down for the fridges that the bot deposits into. Haven't tested if it can reach any higher than that.

I wanted to update to my previous comment here with something that will probably save everyone a lot of time, effort and frustration with Sir 5rM8; Simply don’t use it. I currently set up my greenhouse with a platform cart with enough crop plots to have 3 of every berry and crop and that is auto depositing into tek troughs. Just do that instead of Sir 5rM8. Save yourselves.

I didn’t have time to watch full video but I’m pretty sure the taps are only working not because you are opening them but because the robot only functions as the Dino’s do.. when your close by in render distance

I have to admit I struggled with servosteve for a minute but once I really sat down and played with it I got him to work 100 percent. At least in butler mode any way, and I’m loving it! :D😊

Yeah, it works perfectly in my Greenhouse. Then had a few comments asking about other tasks, went to test and figured out there's a few issues with it when trying other tasks like sap and oasis.

Did you try uploading the oasisaur and redownloading it? What if you pickup the robot before logging off and place it back down after logging in? Just something id throw out.

@CaptainOverLoad uploading the oasis would probably work (although I haven't tested). But picking up the bot shouldn't since I'm almost certain the problem is with the oasis itself there. But if doing all that fixes it, I honestly don't find it worth it. Especially with crashes, 1 crash then you have to reset the whole thing again..

its broken intentionally would be too broken to have auto farm they don't care to fix it - honestly if they fixed the robot farming resources when out of render, weight issues, and these bugs it would make me pay for future mods but im locked down wallet wont budge

@@nameundefined4317To be fair, if it was broken intentionally, they wouldn't have added autowithdraw to it in the 1st place. I can see your point about it being a little overpowered though. But my Greenhouse gets autofarmed daily on official. My base keeps it rendered and it's pretty overpowered for farming the tintos for brews. And mejos for raising

What kind of issue are you having with it? I have one working completely fine on Aberration. Maps shouldn't affect how the bot works.

Doesn’t move will move the first time then doesn’t do anything on other maps the bot seems to collect the sap but on abberration it won’t with only 1 both

@nanothelion ohh ok you're using it for sap taps? I haven't personally tested but heard it doesn't work well with taps. I was told they pull from them once and won't pull any from the tap after that.

My guess for that would be with how sap taps work and slowly pulling from the trees, that the bot can't register when the tap is full again. @nanothelion

@@ayye_its_alexx and i have had the crops set up exactly like this on the vidoe before you posted it but it seems to stop collecting after one de render and once you come back and enable butler mode again it wont move any chance we can discord and see if we can fix the problem?

BTW you can add more Auto Withdraws of the same crop type "at your own risk." I personally haven't had issues or my bot overfilling on official servers. This video was more for the people who have or want to avoid any issues. My bot on Official Servers is set to harvest Narcoberry from 4 plots, Mejoberry 5, and Tintoberry 5 plots. Has been working fine since Aberrations release.

Hi so if it has difficulty pulling from multiple crop plots then you might as well just stick with 1 of each and don't need to stack the crop plots

"Only set one of each plot to auto withdrawal" - wait what? this is the first i'm hearing this. So if I have 4crop plots with mejo berry, I only set one of them to auto withdrawl and the bot with still pull from the other 3???

@ShayedSays he won't pull from the other 3. Just the 1 you set. If you set the other 3, you have a chance of the bot overfilling itself. So that's why I say only set 1 of each crop type to avoid that. But even with just the 1 set, the fridge will still fill up pretty quickly.

@scratterz I guess it all depends on what you plan on using it for tbh. This is more of a "Crop and Brew Resource" storage. Fills fridges up with narco and tinto. Take that turn it into brews and never worry about farming them again.

Sadly this is not working. Bot goes well for a couple of minutes and then stop doing shit. Taking fert from clops and put it into other crops.

@scratterz That sucks. Wonder why it works for some and not others then. Our Greenhouse build on Official servers has no issues. That's ark, I guess. Hopefully, you can figure out what's wrong with it

@@ayye_its_alexx Yeah probably because of the amount of crop plots. Still figuring out. Works way better with not having enough fert in vault for slotcapping SIR. But still not perfect. Works perfect with like 10 Crop plots, 1 vault. But with more it starts to **** around haha

@scratterz OK, so on my Official server build, I have 30 plots, 1 vault, and 4 fridges. It's a shrunken version on this build in the video, I made it bigger just to add a few more fridges. All 30 Plots are being auto fertilized daily, maybe 15-20 are set to be harvested into a fridge. Vault is full of fertilizer and fridge are normally full everytime I walk in. So what I'll try to do later is go into single player and forcefully try and make it stop working. Maybe might find more answers.

@scratterz Upon further testing in single player. The ONLY way I could get him to replicate stealing fertilizer from other plots was to set it to harvest but not fertilize that plot he's harvesting. So be sure to set your fertilizer 1st on the plots, before you set harvests. You will probably have to pick up and reset everything in order to fix.

@darkskater107 you technically could with setting 1 item to auto craft only, but the bot doesn't have a way to make sure materials for crafting are evenly distributed. So it could eventually fill the cooker with just 1 material and leave no room for others.

Maybe when adding the input to the cooker, instead of inputing max stacks, only do a few of each. Haven't tested but kind of want too now lol

@@ayye_its_alexx Yea I seen someone say to only use a few stacks for it. I'm having a issue where he spins around near the medium plots and some of the fridges. Does that mean they are not far enough out?

@darkskater107 if you haven't seen him access the fridge at least once, it could be the fridge isn't far enough out, yes. But if you have seen him access it before then, it should be fine. I've seen it run in circles, but normally, it will go back to work

As far as I know, it doesn't pick up items off the floor. Haven't tested it much outside of Greenhouse use tbh.

@xXMo7aLXx Yep. It keeps crops fertilized as long as there is some in the vault. And harvests crops until fridge is full. After fridge is full, it will still keep fertilizing for you. The bot only does tasks when you're in render as well

Is this possible on Xbox I'm stuck at 10 it won't register a running jump off the last wooden platform onto the stone column (before the chairs) I've tried 50+ times 😢 I just run off and bounce off the wall every time it's driving me insane. Everyone else is just sailing past me!

Possible on all platforms, I'm on Playstation. It could be that lag is causing some issues for you, especially since there was a new update recently. But best tip I can give is to watch my most recent run, and instead of jumping straight to the rock after using the new skip, use the slanted portion of the wood as a ramp you jump diagonal off of.
