Too close to other houses. If I could afford a house this size, it would have to be on at least 5 acres and have a ton of privacy.

My Sunbelt city has nothing to match the elegance of some of Chicago's older homes. It's a shame. But elegance like this comes at a premium, so even the rich in my area have to settle for gaudy or, at the very least, tasteless.
