its ok Monalisa, this is too early to judge anything ,give her some more time, every baby is different ,their developmental growth is different, just wait for two months definitely she will response in her name and follow ur command.

I hope it will be helpful for your baby to crawl... 1. don't keep your baby on a soft surface while she is not sleeping. 2. keep something she likes most, within her close reach. i.e. one feet away from her. 3. increase tummy time. 4. reduce time in walker. 5. Crawl by the baby to motivate..
