You aren't always scammed, Block Buster Video went out of Business and liquidators will reseal everything... That was likely a reseal by a liquidator than by the seller. The Seller may be ignorant of this... To be a scam, I think you would need more evidence to show intent to decieve you.

If it was sold as a new and sealed product the item is still not as described.

Dude you got super ripped off,I am not sure why you tried to play it off like you didn't lose out on that much money. You said you paid half of 200-300$ which puts you at 100-150$.This game is worth around 25$ used.

I paid $100 for it during one of eBay's cash back days. Ended up selling the box/cartridge for $55.

@@cozmic6125 and you're just mad that you've bought into concept of money and "paying a good price" for something that will have its price arbitrarily decided by a nebulous concept of a "market" for the thing, which is subject to its own pressures. you don't know anything.

Who ever sell games like this and scams others needs a lagit life! Selling a open game with no manual going through the trouble to seal it. Least you got a real copy by the looks of it still get over 100 for it

Pretty easy to spot them. Just ask a picture of the inside to the seller. If he don't want to, that's a pretty clear sign lol

2002? Dude, that game was released in 1998. Unless he didn't show the back, that should of been an ultra red flag.

Its an egregious crime to sell falsely sealed N64 games. One that should be punishable by death. I hope the Nintendo gods smite thee who fornicated one of the most holy Mario games of all time.

Death, for selling fake sealed N64 games on eBay? Holy fuck that's extreme.
