You aren't always scammed, Block Buster Video went out of Business and liquidators will reseal everything... That was likely a reseal by a liquidator than by the seller. The Seller may be ignorant of this... To be a scam, I think you would need more evidence to show intent to decieve you.

Dude you got super ripped off,I am not sure why you tried to play it off like you didn't lose out on that much money.You said you paid half of 200-300$ which puts you at 100-150$.This game is worth around 25$ used.

I paid $100 for it during one of eBay's cash back days. Ended up selling the box/cartridge for $55.

Who ever sell games like this and scams others needs a lagit life! Selling a open game with no manual going through the trouble to seal it. Least you got a real copy by the looks of it still get over 100 for it

Pretty easy to spot them. Just ask a picture of the inside to the seller. If he don't want to, that's a pretty clear sign lol
