wowowow i thought i would never see this video ever again. TIME was such a bad album because the production was so damn sleepy. Luckily Dante Ross was looking out for Busta and got him outta there.

Angela was THE influential person who took the step to bring rollerskating back into a force in NYC. Empire closed, Skate KEy closed, Skate22 closed, Edison's rink closed, and it just kept on going. Jeff and family welcomed the skaters out to LynBrook,NY, and at first it was a feeling out process. Once they saw we came to skate and policed ourselves, we began to see more of the staff willing to show up ,embrace us, and even have fun with us. It was kicked off with DJ Big Bob who was the resident Dj from Empire in Brooklyn, which also hosted DJs like Mario, Q, Ekim, Sting, etc. From there many of the talented skaters and newbies began to attend the adult sessions with Djs like DJ D, Eddie, RAY, Nile, etc.. Then later with Trigga's help, the SKATEROBICS team, with founder Tanya Dean began instructing and giving classes, which brought a diverse crowd of people who used to skate, new skaters, and even skaters from other rinks, states, and countries When the famed Friday nights kicked in with SupaDJ Ekim at the helm, the place was packed every single week. The list of DJs who came to spin at events and the many talented skaters is too much of a long list. Once HotSkates closed, there was only Brooklyn Skates and United Skates left. If we had rinks we would have skaters from all over who supported us, like from Atl, NC, UK, LF, VA,PA, , CT,MD, and of course NEW JERSEY, etc etc..Skating is kept alive by being active and advocating, getting things done, and getting support inside and outside the skating community. Let's contact all these folks we vote for and all them folks who have the wealth to make it happen..The overall community and families will benefit, because when I started it was a regular thing for our parents to know we were at the skating rink, having fun and learning, instead of outside getting into trouble. Do we still skate, like Arson asks??damn skippy we still lace up and roll...
