It was definitely VERY disappointing. As someone who read the High Republic books, the representation of Vernestra was no where near the same as the character in the books. How do you leave out her iconic long purple hair too??

Laid back, chill, just talking some Star Wars like we’re sitting on a couch talking. I’m not familiar with the communities. I [Mike] have collected items from the X-Wing game but have never played. Always wanted to, but time and finding someone to play with are typically the issues. Was introduced to it when I saw some people playing it in the game room at my work. Are you part of the communities and / or play?

@@DetBlockAA23 I would I suffer from the same time constraints with work and all. I try to stay up to date on with the community stuff between Star Wars armada/xwing/legion. Firstly xwing/armada has stoped development by AMG however it is supported until the worlds tournament at adepticon. Thats actually in Milwaukee real close to you. After that both xwing and armada have respective community groups that are getting set up that will update the game themselves after that. Those are the XWing alliance and the Star Wars Armada Legacy. Star Wars legion just came out with new rules set, but it’s mixed on reviews right now. Mostly because of how AMG is releasing it. Couple of other things is more for the Star Wars tabletop area of things is. Star Wars unlimited has a ton of hype people like myself are excited about it. The next set to be released in July is clone wars themed. If you don’t know what it is, it’s basically magic the gathering commanders but Star Wars. Also fantasy flight games is releasing another Star Wars deck building game that is clone wars themed as well. Both the original Star Wars, the deck building game and this one can be used in combo to create some cool rebel clone decks. There’s definitely some interesting happenings in the tabletop or gaming world if that’s something you wanted to look into. looking forward to more content dudes.

Star Wars meets MTG? I’m all for that! I also collect MTG cards. :) I used to collect a Star Wars card game back in the late 90s. I feel like that was very similar to MTG as well. Wish they’d bring that one back. Haha.

Not a hate channel at all. Have you listened to a majority of our content? Just because we haven’t been enjoying The Acolyte as much as other content doesn’t make it hate. We’re happy for those that are enjoying the show. All power to you. We even explain that within many of our conversations.

Unfortunately, and probably clearly from our conversation within the episode, not our favorite Star Wars content. Primarily, that stems from, what we feel to be, poor writing. It’s still Star Wars. It’s still entertainment, one way or another, but it just doesn’t match up to other Star Wars content out there; again, in our opinion. All power to people who may feel differently.

Not our words. As far as entertainment value, unfortunately, we just haven’t been enjoying it as much as other Star Wars content out there. We attribute that to, what we feel is, poor writing. It’s still Star Wars and still content to talk about, so we’ll still watch it and bring our views / opinions.

Nope, you’re correct. Bad Batch won’t be completed until May 1st [within the United States], when the 15th and final episode of season 3, the final season, releases. That’s exactly how we look at it! Sitting down with a couple of friends and discussing one of our favorite passions and topics with a glass of whiskey or bourbon… what’s not to like about that? :) Whether many or few fans come along, we’ll enjoy ourselves either way. I will say, our favorite part is interacting with the fans though. We’ve already met and got to talk to some awesome people; so, that alone has been worth it! We’ll have to check yours out as well.
