The main attribute why Nayeon is the center aside from the fact she's all rounder is because of her charisma. She just easily draw attention to her. You can't help but to notice her presence. She also makes the movements easy to watch. As if they were easy to execute not to mention her vocal range and stability. She can maintain her energy and expression all throughout the performance

I think some people are just used to or simply think dancers who make each movement separate are better dancers but that is just a style of dancing. Nayeon’s moves flow together natural like a swoop and she has very limber movements and looks good doing it. I am a casual fan of Twice and I can see why they would make Nayoen a lead dancer
