I often use the flanger in a clever way, more like an EQ and not as fluctuating modulation. Often that helps me get the sound that is virtually identical to a track, instead of very similar. But maybe it can be done with another effect. That's just my way of doing it, that works well for me.

@@Joseph--fe8cx Hi, thanks for buying! You can use Zoom Guitar Lab (free software from Zoom) to load the patch (you need to connect your pedal to your computer using a usb cable). If you bought the Zoom G1four or Zoom G1Xfour patch, you get also files that you can add using alternatively ToneLib-Zoom (a third party but also free software, that is a bit more user friendly in my opinion). For specufic instructions you can google manuals or tutorials for the software.

Thank you for your opinion. I think the tone is good. Other commenters and viewers seem to agree with me (likes to unlikes ratio is 98.5%).

It may be the case in the recording. My point is that I could make the patch tone sound the same (so maybe more like a humbucker), but it wouldn't sound as inspiring by itself.

It's just MS800. I'm showing two graphics of it, because it looks like one or another depending on the Zoom pedal.

Yes, almost all of my tones are available in my shop now. If you want to sound very close to specific song's guitar tones, you can do so with my patches. I spend a lot of time to get them right.

Thanks, I might in the future! I'm on a couple months break in patch videos, because I have been working on recreating all of the Jimi Hendrix "Are You Experienced?" tones (I'm planning to make those paid as I earn nothing from my tones now).

That's unusual. I also have a G1X-Four. Did you roll down the tone knob on your guitar? Or maybe your pickups are very different or you have a different volume output... Hard to tell.

Yeah I've rolled it down but it doesn't helps much. I have roswell pickups and I use a bass amp but I don't think that it should make that much of a difference

@@Balaton22 I don't know how it sounds for you, so I don't have a definite answer. Maybe the amp makes a difference. My sample was direct recorded. You could try turning off the cabinet effect or the mic in it. Or try other amp simulation settings. Good luck!
