A good start for the diamond painting advent. Unfortunately I haven't received mine yet despite ordering it on the 5th Nov - and that's a story and a half you couldn't make up 😂. So here goes! DP Deutschland wanted €80 to post my package direct to Northern Ireland. That was a no no for me so I got it sent to my daughter's in England. And so it was on its way, yippee. It arrived at customs in the UK and according to the tracking that's where it stayed! I contacted the company, who were great, and they said they'd investigate. Then I got an email to say the package had been returned to them because there was no onward address label or paperwork with it - 100s of parcels and mine is the one with no paperwork 😂. Anyway, the parcel was sent again from Germany and this time it arrived safely at my daughter's last Wednesday, hooray! It took 5 days to arrive this second time. It was picked up on Friday and the tracking shows it's now in Belfast and will be delivered tomorrow (Monday) 🤞. So for less than half price quoted postage (€80) for both journeys and both with DHL, I hope to be joining you in opening the packages tomorrow evening 😊

I had not heard that cute phase before! "As difficult as knitting jelly" I love it! My favorite is "as hard as herding cats." It would be very nice to watch you make a 30x30 into a card. I'm not sure I've seen anyone else do that.

I would definitely recommend contacting Craft Buddy and sharing photos of the advent calendar, especially showing the state of the drawers. Receiving something in such poor condition is really disappointing-particularly when it might have been intended as a gift for someone. It’s also quite misleading to advertise something as DIY diamond craft when it doesn’t meet expectations-it feels like a bit of a letdown for customers who trust the product description. Loved the video as always 🥰🥰🥰 xxx

I read the description and it says jigsaw style and shows the drawers to be made up. It does look mucky. I would be tempted to still stick some diamonds on bits. It is pretty

Very misleading calling it crystal art if there's nothing to diamond paint. I didn't get it but if I had of I'd be complaining as that's false advertising

Unboxed and finished a DIY project all in 5 minutes! Perhaps add some special shape diamonds as you were thinking, then some chocolates and give it to your grand daughter. :) Then you won't have to see the drawers! Fun video! Happy Holidays Liz!

That is very disappointing when it's from a crystal art company. I've had a look at this item on their website and it says it's a jigsaw puzzle style assembly and one of their pictures shows a flat pack of the drawers but it doesn't mention any diamond painting. All very weird.

I don't really like the calendar. I don't mind the middle bit. It would definitely be better as a diamond art project. I think the drawers let it down. ❤❤🎉

I’m a caregiver for my 89 year old aunt who has dementia and some days are harder than others and there’s days I don’t feel like diamond painting either. I’ve gotten my aunt hooked on special drill diamond painting’s and she loves it. Thank you for all you do. See you in your next video. 🩷🩷🩷. I like these canvases owl too.
