I closed eyes and I can see my Dad very clearly dancing to this song. I grew up listening to these songs. Miss you Dad. Tears in my eyes.

It can be compared as the best track of Oriental brothers, it reminds me the old days "mgbe elu wu ala osa" . Listening from Barcelona, salutations to mother land.👍

I was running errands for my dad yesterday Monday, 11th of November 2024. I got to the office of my dad's friend and this was the music that was playing and I felt a gush of nostalgia. My dad made us listen to these songs when we were younger, from 5:am till around 7:15am when we would leave for school. My brother and I hated every moment of it, because he literally sholved these songs down our throats. Fast forward to 2024. Now the thing is, everytime I hear these songs, not only do the lyrics inspire and minister to me, I also enjoy the melody, the cromatic harmony, the long interludes that consist of strings, horns, percussions e.t.c. that would give you time to process and digest the previous verse, and the slow and rhythmic progression... OMGGGG Now guess who is playing this song at past 00:am while doing my UI/UX design task... MEEEEEEEE🤩😁😁😁

This is the song that made Ayefele became popular. He just copied the song word for word, passed it up and that is all he needed to blow.

He copied the tune not the lyrics. They are completely different in lyrics.

This is unrivaled Obey at his Pinnacle. Everlasting, evergreen and classic music. Good for traveling at a moderate speed. My usual companion while cross crossing the country as a commodity buyer or as a salesman in my later years.
