Must try recipe, yummy mouth watering . Not seen adding curry leaves,gives even more aroma to sambar (only my suggestion).

Easy peazy … delicious… not sure whether you should have first crackled the curry leaves in the hot oil.. never eaten ‘uncooked ‘ curry leaves … the ghrum masala probably not necessary as this would be great with paratha
