This sounds so cool, great job! I can’t wait to play this at my June concert and for once I found a lyrical piece I like tell me a part I don’t is the fact that baritone has an 18 measure rest from 4 to 21. Yay. 😑

I don’t know not my favorite show overall there are places where some of the sections don’t seem to be very in control with their sounds. I think just having a band this big really starts to distort the sound a lot

After the fanfare beginning, when the First theme is introduced, the tuba and bassoon parts are being played incorrectly. They are being played as triplets, and they are not written that way. It is written as an eighth note pattern, not a triplet.
@sethkoons5354 Жыл бұрын
in that section, and the similar section two before E in the music, the tuba part is written as a line of 16th notes, but with slurs grouping each into groups of three, giving it that triplet feel. So you’re write that it’s not triplets, but it’s not being played wrong

Simply amazing. Don't know where to begin. Those kids have some chops on them. Clean everywhere...my only complaint...well...it's not a complaint, seeing how I like to listen to my dci and band music at full volume no matter what, I would have liked to hear a bit more dynamics...think how much more powerful their sound would be if they were softer before the big hits.
