oh so thats what it does. I once found the deer corpse in the forest and took it back to the base but i just left it there. Next time i come back with the satellite report, its gone. And what i find in its place? A roach. A roach ate the entire deer before it got to spawn a ghost deer EVEN ONCE.

Wanna know what I've come to realize? We have 8 crasher entities. 8. We have the looker (the entity in the locker during that one event, Fridge, Chime Guy, that fucking Ariral head, "The Exit Door" (The White Door, but it's the one that crashes your game), censor guy, the walker (this entity), and the White Wisp. I don't care what anyone says, we do NOT need this many crasher entities. There is one more, but for the sake of spoilers, I won't reveal it. It's pretty out of the way, too, like Fridge. The Black Wisp also technically counts, but it's more appropriate to call it a softlock since the game is still running, you just can't do anything if you run into it. The Walker, at the very least, has to go. I can handle the other entities since they're pretty out of the way and the Ariral head is extremely rare (Apparently rarer than a gold bar, however rare that is?) and only has a guarantee spawn in a specific location in a specific part of said location. Censor Guy is chill, he doesn't even try to chase you. As for the wisps, they also won't chase you unless you get too close. We also have the Exit Door as a "you've been playing for too long" entity. The looker is as simple as not opening the locker during its event, and Chime Guy, much like Fridge, is very out of the way. Arguably even more so considering all of the steps you need to take in order to even get him to chase you.

I've heard of 'dont beat a dead horse' but not 'beat a dead deer then consume it over multiple nights while being haunted by said ghost deer', but this IS Votv! :D

kinda wish they made a setting without these goofy entities and demonic ritual shet. i mean finding alien is cool if they are super rare in the game. the game kinda overused this entities and it made it lame and not engaging anymore. i like the ghost entities if you dont sleep enough though.

playing a horror game while Deaf has to be terrifying. you can't hear a thing, so you purely have to rely on what you see. so there's no audible way to know what's coming

this is exactly what happened to my friend we were trying to find something similar and this is the closest we found. he just launched the game and it was his first time playing and as soon as he walked into the bedroom it came at him looking like its only movement was teleporting. when i looked over at his screen it was halfway in the floor before it teleported back on him and killed him.

Man, I had this guy pay me a visit, but it was in the absolute dead of night with a pitch-black thunderstorm and I only barely noticed them approaching out of the black fog when I went outside to the parking lot to look around, thinking "gee, what an unusually dark fog." I spent the next 20 minutes running away, but it got me when my ATV crapped out. Spooky.

im in the middle of picking away at that deer corpse in my save atm, and i never thought i'd say it, but i kind of miss being able to go out at night. it's at least a little fun to "play" with the corpse deer by making it walk back and forth in front of the window wherever i move

Did I not see this? A few days ago I left my game on but paused to go do some irl chores and came back after like 4-6 hours. I got reports and as I was climbing up Charlie I heard footsteps on grass. I saw a shadow person just like in this video running towards the base of the tower. I quickly paused and hit exit. I didn't see if he kept moving and he certainly wasn't floating. Is there another one?

it comes out during the DAY? I encountered this at night on the way back home after Arirals kidnapped me, I assumed its just a creature I have to look out for at night. Since then I never encounter it again no matter how long I play for.

The first time I saw the deer was when I was looking at the radar, and saw some sort of dot approaching. I had some cameras, so I attempted to see what it was that way. Then suddenly something hit me from behind, doing damage. I thought an Ariral punched me for some reason, so I got up and when I looked, I saw the deer stuck in the chair I was sitting in. I have the pictures to prove it Also, I didn’t even know that the deer had a corpse, and that it was in the bush
