It is a pain. Unfortunately I didn’t record it when it happened to me. When I open it again I will try to record this time.

@@wyllercarvalho2751I managed to bring it back last night after several hours of trying 😂 I found out that there are 3 plastic fins (one is larger than the other) and you must align them to pust the cap down. Also, You must align the spring inside to push it back easily because a slightly misalignment prevents the cap for pushing it down 😊

Hi great video, Would you have any idea why my go2 doesn't operate while being pushed in or sometimes when I push the button nothing happens and sometimes it gets stuck and carries on spinning after I've let go of the button? Thanks

You could try by pass the push button and see if it’s a problem in this button. There is another button when it is pushed, if the problem is not the first one I recommend test it too.
