See my further response to his "point": That would be a logistical nightmare. Varying track times vs. unpredictable stage time, etc. It's not like it was a tightly planned and timed runway show; rather the complete opposite. As a retired professional DJ, even I wouldn't have wanted to try mixing to that haphazardness on the fly.
