great racing, i can remember traveling up to Coventry stadium on a saturday night from down near Wimbledon to watch these F1 stockcars back in the 90s, Frankie Wainman and John Lund were the men to watch amongst others, great times loved it

Thanks for subscribing Edd. I remember it so well, I think I was about 13 at the time! It is amazing how many drivers/families are still around. I had a 10 year break from watching the sport and after the very first race I saw again after 10 years it was as if I'd never been away. Quite simply an Amazing Sport!

I was not around the sport very much at this time - who was the commentator? Was Dave Edwards the man at the stadium itself then? Good to see though, I never went there unfortunately.
