I went to the market. I had a list. When I got home, I found out that I reached for the chicken thighs but grabbed the chicken tenders. So I made it with chicken tenders instead of chicken thighs. It's in the oven now.

I feel cheated. i bought the linen speckled off the store shelf because Wal-Mart no longer sells the floral designed pot from the shelf. I waited a month and decided to get the one from the shelf which cost $1.00 more (59.00). The linen design has : 1=spoon, a steam rack and a measuring cup. It included a quick start guide, instructional use booklet, a recipe book with 10 recipes (NO PICTURES) and no cooking guide. What a bomber! i am taking it back and ordering the the Pioneer Instant pot Lux for$10.00 more!

Our local truck stop/gas station /deli and grocery has some SMASHABLE breakfastezzz just like that! 😋😋😋 I guess it's a southern thing, as evidenced by some commenters negative votes.... Too bad, they just don't know. Also to add where we stop for live bait on the way to our fishing spot here in North Louisiana, that gas station deli has jalapeno boudin wraps with egg and cheese that are 🔥🔥🔥 So, so good, I am glad I live 40 min away from them!
