It's not the first African smart city. In South Africa we have smart cities like Rosebank, Sandton city, Midrand and more. Travel to South Africa before declaring that Kenya has Africa's first world class smart city. The smart city is not even yet complete and you're bosting. You sound like a Nigerian.

Google earth does not show facility for mass transit. Without mass transit in the plan from the begining there will be traffic snarls and tie ups.
