I modified it a bit to do 45 on and 1 min off. Was not feeling gassed and my treadmill doesn’t go past 13kph

I just started this workout for 2 days. Even if I can finish only 7 sets but I feel great and burn 110 cal. My pulse went up to 166 😂 Will keep going until I can finish 12 sets! Thanks a lot!!

I just did this workout and it was awesome. Enough rest periods that nobody should give up halfway through, and hard enough that you're seriously sweating by the end.
