im still rocking this sytem i have it for over 10 years

I have a pair of these speakers that are 14 years old and still going strong. I want to hook them up to TV to get true 5.1, but the audio decoders that use hdmi/optical audio 3.5 mm have become hard to find. Edit: I got proper 5.1 audio of out my Z506 by buying an HDMI Audio Extractor that outputs to 3.5mm or HDMI.

Those should work just fine with surround sound using the three audio ports. I have a Logitech X-530 from 2004, and the Z-906 both are setup using the three audio ports. You would have to play around with the Realtek software to get everything to work. Second, you have to make sure that whatever you are using actually is 5.1. For Netflix, you have to pay more for surround sound. KZbin doesn't support surround on PC, but works from a TV. For games, you may need to select surround from the menu as it's not always on my default.

u shouldnt have used canon mic at all, useless.

Really regret buying the Z333. The audio sounds muffled, the trebles suck, there isn't enough high, and it's like there is only a medium woofer without tweeter in it. The subwoofer could be better.

that last test had me feeling like I need up grade from the z333 to the z625s. it sounds more punchier, clear and downright better.

how the hell did the Z333 go above double the price over time? I bought this for $33 back in 2018 and my brother bought a Z625 later in the same year. yet the Z333 marked up to $70 now and the Z625 is still within range of its original purchase price around (purchased at $134 and now goes for $145 at the same store, so just above $10). unless the internals changed for the better (like they finally used additional tweeters instead of just fake ones and a sub upgrade), the new pricing doesn't make sense considering the price comparisons with the Z625.

3:29 and 6:05, I have the Z333 and it may lack bass but it's enough for my room, but I will definitely buy the Z625 by next month! Or do you have any other recommendations other than the Z625 for the same pricing?

if i’m not mistaken he actually has the z623, the z625 has “Logi” branding, not the full “logitech” name. I have it personally so I can attest. i also work at a micro center and sell these left and right. unless this an earlier version which has different branding (feel free to correct me) but given the minuscule differences between the 2 there’s no big deal.

Its like ure comparing the mic with this setup.. why are u switching the mics on each song before moving to the next song? U do that for mic comparisons Not speakers. For speakers u switch the speakers, and then change songs. U can do the mic switch at the end of the video playlist like u did to the speakers in this vid

Z625 sounds way better imo the highs are more noticeable and they just sound cleaner in general also the bass with the z625 is incredible but the z333 is not bad at all it’s just my opinion. 👍
