Can you supply the exact wording in the MUTCD that retains to Steel Toe Boots. I have never seen anywhere in the MUTCD we're this is a requirement for Traffic Control. Even FDOT as strict as they are does not have this requirement in the standards.

You know for Safety reason this Truck should have a light bar in the back to be visible and seen by approaching motorist during the day. Then at Night it can be reduced or limited to side amber lights with the aarow board
