Great buy buddy gloss black wheels and red callipers will make the car stand out .maybe white mirrors just to keep it original and a bit of class.few little touch up and your have a nice car.as its been sitting prob needs a good run in or new spark plugs with the fresh service kit you have.

Set yourself an achievable target of 1 car a month. You can get bogged down with fixing and trying sell cars. With work, trying to fix a car inbetween dog walks & school pick ups. My biggest annoyance working on cars in the street is when i need to get a tool from the shed and have to pack my tools away in the boot so no tool fairies try and steals them lol.

Mate, that Cat N has been repaired really bad. The bumper doesn't fit and there will be a costly reason for that, you should be walking away from that car immediately. The price for a Cat N will be no more that 70% of a perfect example if all other things are equal eg the mileage, the mot, the number of owners, mileage etc etc. I am worried for you with this car and your procrastination with the Panda is also worrying. Rain or shine, that door should have been changed on day 1 with no excuses. I dont think you are looking at the deal as a trader would, in fact it seems that you are buying what suits your personal taste rather than what potential buyers would buy. Finishing and selling the Panda should be your priority before buying more stock or you might finish up with two overpriced, unsold cars. Personally I think buying at auction is your best option simply because you can set your absolute maximum price for as many cars as you like , most of which you will be outbid, but then just buy the ones that fit your financial criteria.ie the ones that will allow you the most margin. It saves you travelling around to peoples houses at all times of the day only to find they won't reduce their price to a realistic one. What I mean is, every car has a book price so every punter knows what they should be paying for a particular example so your profit doesn't come when you sell the car it comes when you buy it. Does that make sense?Best of luck mate.

Peanut oil / groundnut oil is really good at bringing back that black plastic .. Heat only lasts a couple of weeks and it ends up looking worse ..

Wouldn't a 1 month engine & gearbox warranty be a better option for yourself selling cars under £2000, a couple of claims within the 6 months may wipe out your profit or a fair chunk of it.
