How about mother's regarding the domestic violence terrorism & sexual abuse of their children? Right now there is a global public health crisis occurring in Family Courts against women & children. Anytime DV & CSA is divulged; over 80% of women & their offspring are tragically Severed from each other. Punished. Absurdly Sanctioned. Kids are imprisoned to the Abusers while the system seemingly colludes; adding to & retraumatizing the already victimized. An independent SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR conducted a Global Study for the UNHRC finding this institutional betrayal, epistemic injustice, & overall systemic failure to be rampant and mirrored. Even with the studies, peer reviews, legislative & JUDICIARY acknowledgements; NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO REMEDY children being ripped from their protection & while Abusers are awarded full control & custody, & while entire systems are coming down upon these mothers. It's akin to torture. Many are legally abused & Isolated for multiple years; Entire Childhood's Robbed with No CONTACT....

I know this is an old video, but If you read this, can you provide the reference on what Kitcher work is the source for the video? I am interested in pragmatism tuning our declarations to have knowledge

Yes, the Kitcher we read was from this: Kitcher, P. (2003). Science, Truth, and Democracy. Oxford University Press. And, in case you haven't come across it, we also discussed the very helpful discussion of pragmatic encroachment in this book: Fantl, Jeremy, and Matthew McGrath. (2009) Knowledge in an Uncertain World. Oxford University Press.
