I really hope you see my comment Chiquis! But, I think having Esteban on the podcast would be amazing. Not necessarily, to prove anything to anyone about that rumor. Simply, to give him the opportunity to speak about things that he probably never had the chance to talk about. And just like you said that you felt like you always felt weird about responding to him when he asked about Johnny. I think having him on the podcast can help rewrite the story to be positive.
