Funnily enough this announcer is fully functional in the PC release of CSEX, even has lines for Relius. If you swap some file names around you can re-enable it.

Yes, that's where I got it from :) I just re-compiled it for CF using Rachel for the missing lines.

She is my most favorite system voice; when I think of Blazblue I think of her; maybe because that's the time period I start playing the game but I feel like she has the most personality.

We need to mod in the Dragon Ball FighterZ announcer into BBCF because that would be extremely sick
