Nice! I built that arm with my daughter during Covid 2020. Its fun to build!

Can you build this but with more expensive parts to improve accuracy?
@ibuildthings5551 Жыл бұрын
Yes I can and I will probably do it in the future.

How much mah battery did u use
@ibuildthings5551 Жыл бұрын
The battery has 2200 mah and 11.1V. The arm can work with that battery about 6-10 hours non-stop.

Great video❤, quick question how accurate is this. Also can the robert arm be scale up using nema 17 motor? What angle sensors will i need if I was to use stepper motors instead?
@ibuildthings5551 Жыл бұрын
It is pretty accurate (you can check the new video I posted). This arm model isn't for stepper motors, but you can find some models on the internet. If you want to build a robot arm that you can control in real time you can use potentiometers, but the arm will work with lag. Stepper motors are usually used if you want to make the arm make certain moves, not to control it in real time. If you have a good 3D model is much more easy to make a robot arm with servo motors and is very accurate.
