Agreed. What I find even worse is those that use it for anything other than rating on a 1-10 scale. Like rating on a 1-5 scale or how much they look forward to playing the game (where 1 even is them wanting it to play it the most). It baffles me that people don't care or don't get the impact on the rating.

No not always. I like to make more tc with abbasid etc but byzantine i usually stay at one tc

Yeah it can also feel kinda limited at first but once u have played more games it definitely is really important part and there is no room for cards that are just ok. Every card that u add needs to be game changer imo

How is it unfair for someone to not like a game? It's a completely subjective experience. I love Dune, but people have every right to disagree and if someone finds the game terrible I don't see anything wrong with that. No one is obligated to like the same things you do.

I 100% agree and yes everyone has their own opinion as they should but 1/10 rating and saying it's boring dosen't really explain why is it 1/10. For me game should be horrible to give it 1/10 😆

@@gaming4ever75it might have been a big let down for them based around hype. Dune is one of my favorite ips, and subjectively i found imperium unable to hit the spot for me. Objectively it’s a good design, my overall rating was a 5 on BGG.

@@gaming4ever75 Ιt's not science and the game isn't on trial. They're not obligated to give a well researched, unbiased review. "Boring, 1/10" is a perfectly acceptable opinion. It doesn't mean anything, it's just one person's opinion, it literally has no effect on the game and the rest of us who love it.

I have played that and i actually have 1000/1000 achievements on it 😀

U need to use one hand weapon and then click item slot on the right hand to equip shield

I changed camera view to panorama so i can see more stuff also increased scrolling speed a little

Did u play it solo or with other players? Do u mean with winning like it happens suddenly, u see few turns earlier that u already won or something else? Yes game is hard if u play it on high difficulty

It's actually true. In co-op it can be really confusing. Either everyone does their own thing and u hope it works or u spend 40min as group to figure out one turn 😂 (usually one person says what everyone will do)

That's 100% true. If u don't know what opponent civ is doing u are just confused and waiting for ur turn. U are both kinda playing solitaire and just counting scores at the end of game.

@gaming4ever75 on top of that Horizons civs are more complicated than Legends and classics. I have all 3. I love them all I played many times and understand the civs. It's a big investment

@@gaming4ever75since you have both and like playing it yes I would. Solo still plays fantastic giving you another 14 civs. Plus 49 updated cards for legends and classics which fixes a few issues plus you get all new bot cards. But the game is a bit more expensive. Is it really needed. No. Only if you're a fan and play it regularly

I guess i play it very quick 😂 but i timed it. Do u usually think long what u will do? I might do solo playtrough haven't done one before but why not. There is some videos on youtube and i think one of them is full playtrough with some rule explanation in 55-60min.

It's quite good but micro is hard with controller. U can't really split ur armies easily etc.
