I recently bought 20 lights of 5 CCT and installed. Though they look nice and brighter, the problem I am having is these lights make clicking noise for a few seconds immediately I turned on or off. I left a question on Amazon but I did not receive any response yet. Is it expected noise or any circuit problem? I am looking forward to hearing from you the response.

how do you replace the light source only? Does the entire fixture have to be replaced when the light goes out?

Since it's integrated with led module, no bulb replaceable, yes, you will have to. But we guarantee a long life use for the disk light, no concern😊😊

I have 3 Jullison lights that won't go into pair mode after I replaced the modem. The other 3 did pair, but these 3 are stuck in the previous color mode. What can I do?

It's a surface light but recessed into junction box, diverse in many of the applications. Since the trim is made of PC, free from rust right outside under the soffit etc. when installing in the houses closed to the sea shore, it's an ideal outdoor ceiling light because it's well sealed, wet rated.

It‘s NOT for shallow pancake box but a standard 4 inch junction box with depth min 1" so that the wiring/hooking up will be easier because it's with a die casting aluminum heatsink at the back which will be recessed into the box then end user will just see a super low profile, ultra slim surface and the light. What's more, the trim is interchangeable for different colors to match the ambient decor use.

Soft reminder: There should be with romex connector or plastic button connector used in the remote junction box. In the video, it's not shown. Sorry for the confusion. The video is to show how to do the control of the smart lights with APP via 2.4G WiFi.

This why you shouldn't listen to these instruction videos. Yes I'm a licensed electrician...... you DO NOT place the romex wire straight thru the metal box wiring enclosure without a wire connector (metal romex, plastic button connector). This company should be ashamed at the fact they're showing an illegal installation. Fact!!!

Indeed we fully agreed with your comments here since we're a professional manufacturer of the recessed lights, we've well known all the regulations of the installation as well including using the romex connector, plastic button connectr and also the space that in the remote junction box should be min 12 cubit feet etc. While, since the youtuber himself is not an electrician, didnt use the romex connector in the video which we should have pointed it out at the bottom of the video.
