This is perfect for my small apartment. I just push it off to the side when I’m not using it. It’s great for a quick workout.

Needs to keep her knees more lateral as she does that box jump. Her knee moves medially and anteriorly just as she is about to jump which puts strain on her ACL, knee, hip, and ankle. Great video though. Thanks.

Does this impact calves or quads?
@yeh23193 жыл бұрын
Yes, they will impact your your posterior chain ( calves are there inclunded) and anterior chain ( quads are there included). But its more for athletic intentions (power, balance, stabilty..) than hyportrophy ( muscle building).

They are great machines, no doubt. But very expensive. Well, now, finally, they are facing competition. The steel climber (steelclimber.com) is probably better made, is more versatile, and costs a lot less. Plus, even the cheap versions like the new Maxiclimber XL-2000 have resistance settings and work well, especially for the price. (I think its weight limit is 330 lbs). There are a number of other climbers with differing designs like the Sole cc81 Cardio Climber, etc. Hopefully the competition will help alleviate the problem of the VersaClimber being grossly over-priced.
@TRIBOY164 жыл бұрын
Steel climber is better made? you serious? some folks complain about parts rusting and not as durable as versaclimber. Maxi climber? If you tried HIIT on it, it would break yesterday. Come on man
@vandrosia4 жыл бұрын
@@TRIBOY16 lol. People will spend money only on things they see value in. Someone who's into fitness can see the value of the Versaclimber. I have friends who bitch about the price of a Maxi-climber yet have no problem spending $5000+ on a new purse or watch. The Versaclimber is a tool for the serious fitness enthusiast and not your average ding-dong.
