Identical house with same floor plan and seems to be similar materials/finishes in the same HOA sold for $5.2M a few months ago, and it has an extra garage bay out front and covered driveway at front door.

Sigh, the "designers" really have only one playbook. Buy Tom Ford book and place it somewhere in the house. Watched a video in Miami of a $3K a month apartment had it sitting by the entryway, just finished a $9 mill house in Miami where it also was sitting on a coffee table, now this one. Home staging is starting to become very repetitive.
