that's the thing yk, all the boys are kind of close and there are moments where they all do some stupid inappropriate stuffs with each other, but none of them gets jealous except larry. everytime one of them is even standing close to liam/zayn/niall, the other gets so pissed. and why would they be jealous if they were only close friends like all the other boys are?? The one at 17:13 at the award ceremony is not Louis being possessive, but comforting and reassuring. Harry was just called very loudly a gay slur by some grown ass man/maybe a reporter in the crowd, and Harry turns around visibly upset, so Louis puts his arm around and leads Harry out of the situation. It’s just a reminder for larries to stop pushing and not have as much opinion as to whether someone is publicly open or not because we’re not the one living with the consequences of their extra scrutinized and public life. I think sometimes the other boys in the band are all affectionate with each other because they’re just a bunch of wholesome kittens thrown into a mix with predatory reporters, so they seek each other for comfort. Like at around 11:30 when a reporter- a stranger- tells Lou he’s not done with him or he’ll return to him, and then grabs Louis’ knee and then Harry touches Lou’s kneee, it can be read as possessive or jealous behavior on Harry’s part, but also just as a way someone nonverbally would comfort a person they care about after sexual harassment. I’m not saying that young Harry and Louis are not extra touchy feely or jealous of each other, but just that some of the moves the larries believe as proof of epic romance are a reaction to nonromantic trauma stuff where the kids have to save each other while not making a big deal of it on camera.

Haha, why would they kiss live? Because until they became super famous, their infatuation wasn’t filtered by the management. Later in Dallas when Louis is supposed to deny the Larry Stylinson rumors, he literally bites Harry’s back right before answering the planted question. They’ve got no chill as two sprung teenagers, especially Harry who fell hard and fast- it’s apparent by week 3/4 in video interviews. And then later, Lou was a king of sabotage. Still dicking around to this day in random interviews, and it’s 2023, and literally everyone knows and roots for them. And I don’t mean the larries looking for clues. I mean, it’s an industry fact. Not even sure if we can count what Harry Styles does now as larry-bating the fandom or a collaborative parasocial performance artpiece between him and the fans. But, yeah, doped up on pheromones teenagers are this level obvious. Mad props to them for surviving all that watermelon sugar without feeling forever mortified that so many of their antics are on record.

Howard Stern constantly asks about Harry being a womanizer and having so many women. Howard hadn’t researched Harry at all prior to the interview. It was very frustrating and unacceptable. He kept speaking for Harry and was very wrong. Harry was so polite and didn’t correct Howard. The second time he interviews Harry in 2022, Howard seems to be more clued in to what the real story is regarding Harry and his life. Not great, but better.

The only interviewers I liked were Sugarscape and James Cordan. The rest were awful.
