Just got these installed on my 2024 Ram 2500. Took off a set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers, which are the worst tire I’ve ever had for snow. Hoping these do much better in the snow, but living in Arkansas, I may have to wait a long time before I see another snowfall. While there is some slight road noise with these tires, it is a small fraction of the noise I got from the Ridgegrapplers. If the amount of road noise from these tires bother you, you probably need to go adjust you man bun! PS - like everyone else is saying, shut off the goofy music please!

per their website, they say DDC-Cast 20,000K & DDC-Forged 24,000K over both axles

If the sipe is not full depth. How deep are they compared to tread depth. This will tell us what we can expect for mileage. Without sipping I don’t need them. Thanks

I did a quick search to see if Ironman 4x4 had any dealers in Germany and did not see anything, but you may fill out a contact form to verify on their website

Would 37s fit with a 3in leving kit
@SoCoCustoms8 күн бұрын
They could. You’d just have to be real comfortable with trimming. It would most likely still rub if the suspension compressed while you were turning. Probably want to avoid things like the soft torsion bar lifts

I have a new set of KO3's in a 265/70/17 10ply on my f150. So far so good. The are taking everything that the Montana winter can throw at it.
@SoCoCustoms12 күн бұрын
They seem to do great in most conditions. Still the same rain woes that were present in the KO2, but they make up for it in all other driving styles
@flinthuravitch432311 күн бұрын
@SoCoCustoms yes there's a bit of a trade off with them. But I'm ok with that

Could you keep the same tires after lifting the Subaru?
@SoCoCustoms12 күн бұрын
The factory size tires should still fit underneath this lift kit setup. However they will look small with the amount of wheel gap created

Any rubbing from the tires when turning hard?
@SoCoCustoms12 күн бұрын
Like a majority of our vehicles, we had to do some plastic trimming. We did not have to do a body mount chop though

Are those are 20x10 -18 on 37 ???
@SoCoCustoms20 күн бұрын
That is correct. Ferrada 20x10 -18 offset
@angelramirez534520 күн бұрын
Do you do any trim to fit the 37
@SoCoCustoms20 күн бұрын
This only required plastic trimming

In my opinion, these are going to be a similar tire but will handle better in the rain

I have this same kit , is there something I can change to get a little more lift without changing the entire kit like maybe control arms or something
@SoCoCustoms20 күн бұрын
unfortunately it can be tough to get extra height from an existing lift kit. We do not recommend stacking kits or things like that

Would a 20x9 with -12 offset on 35x12.50 require cab mount chop? I’ve watched several videos but not one has given a solid answer. Same exact lift.
@SoCoCustoms20 күн бұрын
We haven't needed a cab mount chop to run 35s on these 6" kits. A 9wide and negative offset should not need the CMC

how much trimming was required? looks like a factory mud flap delete and possibly some trimming on the lower valance?
@SoCoCustoms2 ай бұрын
Most of the builds we do will require plastic trimming. This one required us to take the corner off the valence, remove the factory mud flap, and then had to do some plastic trimming. Don't be surprised if you have to go back and trim just a little more plastic as the lift settles in

Can I run a 35 12.50 r20 on a 20x9 +20 on the same truck with the same lift without rubbing?
@SoCoCustoms2 ай бұрын
I think it will fit. However, this did require quite a bit of trimming.

Super informative video. This really helped me pick a tire. I currently have the Cooper discoverer at3 lx and was trying to decide between those again, these and the bf ko3s. Now that i know the at3 ltx has been discontinued this narrowed my options down to just two. I like how the strongholds are 3 peak rated because i spend quite a bit of my winters driving on snow and ice getting to the local ski resorts. Thanks!
