Important tip: To get everything working properly, make sure to run both the DLSS enabler and the game as administrator. Additionally, disable the NVIDIA registry for AMD GPUs. I was able to get it working beautifully on Silent Hill 2 and God of War Ragnarok, with Frame Generation boosting my FPS from around 65 to about 120 for a smooth experience.

Firstly, Try all the .exe file on the game folder if it's not solved then update your gpu driver and block the game .exe file from firewall then install all the Ms visual C++ redistributable. I hope this will solve your issue.

That input lag is going to be crazy, not to mention there will be a lot of texture streaming issues. I really hope capcom improves this until the release date, but Dragons Dogma leaves me as skeptical right now. Regardless, I'd really recommend for you to consider upgrading your rig, either for Monster Hunter or not. 7700k + GTX1650 is screaming for help 🙂

What is MSI F? It may be the cause of the tweak brother. It might be disabled the ray tracing. Try to delete the files that I provided and then run the game with ray tracing. It should work.
